You can ship your order to any of our shipping destinations in Europe, North America, Asia, Middle East and Oceania. At checkout, simply change your location to where you would like your order shipped. We offer free delivery in Switzerland.

What will happen once your order is created:

1. We will confirm to you by email the items are available and ready to be packed.
2. We will carefully pack your order and we will hand over your package to the best carrier according to your country of delivery (e.g. UPS).
3. You will receive an email with a link to track the delivery of your order. You can also follow its journey by clicking here.

We offer a 14-day cancellation period. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have the item(s) you purchased in your physical possession.

To request a return, please contact us via our Customer service page or by clicking on the “M” icon at the bottom right of your screen. We will then explain the returns procedure.

All refunds will be made to the payment method you have used to purchase. The amount will be available in your account in 3-5 working days, depending on the processing time of your bank.
